The versatile Brookline aluminum window awning has an attractive, durable and environmentally friendly design that will protect your windows from the elements and lower your home's cooling demand and peak air-conditioning load, allowing your A/C unit to be smaller and less expensive. It's easy to assemble and install, and will give you years of worry free service, with no maintenance required.

All-aluminum build will never rust, peel or crack.
Projections from 22" to 50" do not require support posts.
Available in 7 glossy and 5 matte finish colors.
The underside of the awning is always white for better light reflection.
Widths are available in 1" increments.
Hardware is included for an easy do-it-yourself assembly. Appropriate wall anchors must be provided by installer.

How to order your Brookline Window Awning

1) Measure the width and height of your window.

2) The awning width should be at least 4" greater than the width of the window.

3) The awning drop should be approximately 1/2 of the height of the window. You may want to cover more than 1/2 of the window on the west side and less on the south side. Note that the awning drop is adjustable during the installation.

At least 2" of mounting space is required above your window.

4) Select your desired awning Width x Projection x Drop from the drop-down menu.

Call us if you need a custom width.
Widths are available in 1" increments. Avoid widths ending in 1 or 6, such as 51" or 86".
For best appearance, order in 5" width increments.
Widths 97" and greater have a center support arm.

5) Select your desired color.

Striped options are available. Please contact us if you would like to order stripes.
White with alternating stripes of a different color: 12% upcharge on white awning.
White with 2 accent stripes of a different color: 5% upcharge on white awning.
Note that the underside of the awning is always white.
