We found your company thru an internet search, easily, a good thing. The ordering/buying procedure was simple and straightforward. We did have to wait a while but not that long. The product when received was well packaged and arrived unharmed. Instructions were very easy to understand for installation which we did ourselves.

All in all we are happy with our purchase and have gotten very positive feedback from neighbors of how it has improved the look of our old house. Strangers who drive by frequently have even stopped to tell us how good they looked and asked for your contact info which we happily supplied.

Bottom line is we have more windows that are in need of awnings and we will be ordering more!

Assembly is easy, we work together and get it done pretty quickly now. They are good quality and we trust will serve us well for many years to come.

My experience from General Awnings.com could not have been better! After having all new siding installed on my home, I knew I wanted something other than the plain shutters that were on the previous windows. The black and white striped 3100 Series awnings turned out perfectly. Due to the size of my awnings, two people were necessary for measuring and holding in place. Other than that, I have no doubt I could've done it all by myself, and, I'm a 5'2" female. Before I installed the awnings, people looked at me a little hesitantly when I told them of my plan. Since they've been up, I've received so many compliments.
