This awning is a really great product. So far it has stood up to the great icy, cold winter of Connecticut. It is made of very durable material (which I was very skeptical buying on-line). The color is fantastic and was exactly what I was looking for. It comes in many colors to choose from which really helped in my choice. The price was rather reasonable compared to a lot of other places I shopped around. Your company had the better quality, easy of putting it up (light weight) and better price. The only drawback was the putting it together. This was somewhat difficult; we had to rely on the pictures to put it together because it was not easily understandable.

The only thing I would suggest to anyone here in Connecticut, before you put it up on your building, spray it with "Never Wet" That you can get at Home Depot. Best stuff around and it will keep the snow and ice and rain off of your awning keeping it dryer and hopefully a lot longer.

We are very happy with the overall look and effectiveness of the San Francisco awning which we purchased a few months ago.
